I obtained my real estate licence in 1985 and my broker's licence in 1987.
I have been working nearly 20 years as a commercial real estate broker.
As a lifetime resident of Merced County, I have been active in many community affairs, past president of the Rotary Club of Atwater (1985 and 2004), past president of the Atwater Chamber of Commerce (1978), past member of the Merced County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and member of the Merced County Board of Realtors. I am a current board member of the City of Merced Economic Development Advisory Committee (EDAC).
