I have been a real estate professional servicing the Merced County area as a realtor for over 16 years. I joined Coldwell Banker Gonella Realty in November 1999. I am active in both the Atwater and Merced offices for Coldwell Banker Gonella Realty and ended the year of 2004 at $6.6 million in sales and thus far from 2005 to 2006 at over $10 millon in sales volume.
Having lived in Merced County all my life, I have a very good knowledge of the area. I am a member of the Merced County Association of Realtors and a member of the MCAR Legislative Committee. As an agent with "Most Referred Realtors, Inc," I have been chosen to represent the Merced County area for the last seven consecutive years.
